Important Refund Notice

Please read carefully before completing your enrollment.

  • All payments are generally non-refundable after successful enrollment.
  • Please verify the course, batch, and session carefully before making payment.
  • Wrong course enrollment may be corrected after verification, but money will not be refunded.
  • One account is strictly for one student only.
Section 01

No Refund After Successful Enrollment

Once a student successfully enrolls in any paid course and the payment is confirmed, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

There is no refund after enrollment.

Section 02

Wrong Course Enrollment

If a student accidentally enrolls in the wrong course, they should immediately contact the Sohel Math Care Support Team.

  • If verified by the support team, the enrollment may be transferred to the correct course.
  • Money will not be refunded.
  • Only a course transfer may be allowed after verification.
Section 03

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided because:

  • The student changes their mind.
  • The student no longer wants to study.
  • The student is too busy.
  • The student purchased by mistake without checking the course details.
  • The student found another coaching center.
Section 04

Course Sharing Policy

Each enrollment is valid for one student only.

  • Even if two students are siblings (brother/sister), relatives, or friends, they cannot share a single enrolled account.
  • Every student must purchase their own enrollment separately.
Section 05

Account Sharing & Suspension

If Sohel Math Care detects that an account is being used by multiple students — including brothers, sisters, relatives, or friends — the platform may:

  • Suspend the account immediately.
  • Permanently terminate course access.
  • Reject any refund request.
  • Restrict future enrollments if necessary.

This decision will be made at the discretion of the administration.

Section 06

Payment Mistakes

Students are responsible for verifying the following before completing payment:

  • Course Name
  • Academic Level
  • Batch
  • Session
  • Fees

Payment mistakes made by the student do not qualify for a refund.

Section 07

Technical Issues

If payment is successful but course access is not granted due to a technical issue, students should contact Support immediately.

  • The support team will resolve the issue.
  • This is not considered a refund case.
Section 08

Duplicate Payment

If a student accidentally pays twice for the same course, the support team will verify the payment.

After successful verification, the duplicate payment may either:

  • Be adjusted, or
  • Be refunded according to the administration's decision.
Section 09

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances approved by the Sohel Math Care Administration. The administration reserves the final right to approve or reject any exceptional refund request.
